Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of djsvaluedhandyman.com and any services provided by DJ's Valued Handyman LLC ("DJ's Valued Handyman," "we," "us," or "our"), a family-owned handyman company based in Palmetto, Florida, serving Sarasota through St. Petersburg.

By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services, Estimates, and Scheduling

We provide handyman and home repair services. The scope of each job is the work described in the written or confirmed estimate, invoice, or work order for that job.

• Estimates. Estimates are based on the information you give us and are not final until we confirm the scope of work. If conditions differ from what was described, such as hidden damage, we will tell you and may adjust the price before continuing.
• Scheduling. Appointment times are approximate. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time and will notify you of delays.
• Rescheduling and cancellation. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated missed appointments, or a no-show that prevents us from starting work, may result in a service fee.
• Changes to the job. Additional work beyond the agreed scope requires your approval and may change the price and timeline.

Payment and Customer Responsibilities

Payment. You agree to pay the agreed price for completed work by the due date on your invoice. Late payments may be subject to a reasonable late fee, and we may pause further work until your account is current.

Your responsibilities. You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and property information
• Make sure we have safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Tell us in advance about known hazards, pets, or conditions that could affect the work
• Have the legal right to authorize the work at the property

Text Messaging Program

DJ's Valued Handyman LLC offers a text messaging program with two separate types of messages. You choose whether to receive either, both, or neither, using separate checkboxes on our forms.

• Non-marketing texts: quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, and service updates.
• Marketing texts: special offers, seasonal reminders, and announcements.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help, or contact us at (810) 986-9650 or djsvaluedhandyman@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Website Use, Workmanship, and Liability

Website use. You may use our website for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or harmful information. All content on the site, including text, images, and logos, belongs to DJ's Valued Handyman LLC and may not be copied without our permission.

Workmanship. We stand behind our work and will make reasonable efforts to correct any defect in our workmanship that you report to us promptly after the job is complete. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, pre-existing conditions, or work done by others.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DJ's Valued Handyman LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific job at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Florida law that cannot be waived.

Governing Law, Changes, and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
